Scheduled new plow install, that went fine, received call at 330 all set, I asked about driving light repair. There was silence and then your truck didn’t go through shop also meaning the plow harness wasn’t installed, so they brought it in at 330 , finishing Tuesday said all done again, I picked up the truck st 8 pm to find plow harness still not installed, now im with out truck two days and still have to come back, only person to apologize was plow installer and his part was done, not such a big deal if I didn’t live 45 minutes away!!! Not impressed

An inspection and oil change took over 2 hours. Didn't need the terrible excuses. Had scratches on my rims that were not there before the visit. Service manager talked to me like I was an idiot.

On 9/8/23 I had my 22 silverado in for an oil change. as I waited in courtesy lounge Mark Stockman came in and said they did a check on my front end and found that the camber was out of spec and needed an alinement.He gave me a printout showing this.I declined at first but after thinking it over made an appointment to have it done.when I made the appointment i requested the mechanic I wanted to do the work.was told he was not for the week too I waited and made the appointment for when he was available. after dropping of the truck and work was done I picked up my truck and went home. It was then I looked at the receipt and found not only did I not get the mechanic I requested but no camber adjustments needed. paid 2hrs for toe in adjustment. according to first print out toe in was fine. Question is now why did I have to have it serviced? and now to ad insult to injury after washing my truck yesterday found two small dents in fender just behind driver side wheel.
