Dropped off vehicle night before service. Appointment was set for 10 am for a basic oil change. At noon I called to get an update as to when it will be done to pick it up. They did not service it at this point. I received a call back at 3:30 saying it was done. Upon arriving (25 min drive), they were just finishing it and did not have the paperwork in the system yet for me to pay. Totally unacceptable especially since I was the one who had to call them to figure out when my car would be done. Would it have taken that long if I
